Our licensed doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses and counselors offer quality, compassionate, free care and health education to help you understand your personal health. A social worker intern is frequently on hand to help you discover other community resources available to help in your treatment.

Please visit another healthcare provider, emergency room or hospital for:

  • Broken bones

  • Possible heart attack

  • Emergency issues

  • Diagnosis/Treatment of Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs)

  • Prenatal care

  • Immunizations

  • Pain medication

What to Bring

Please bring all your medication bottles (empty or full) and list of home blood pressure and blood sugar results if appropriate to each visit.
