Are you uninsured, underinsured or economically disadvantaged? OAHC can treat most general illnesses or help you manage your chronic health issues, counseling needs and social service referrals. We treat both adults and children. We are open

Our licensed doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses and counselors offer quality, compassionate, free care and health education to help you understand your personal health. A social worker intern is frequently on hand to help you discover other community resources available to help in your treatment.

CURRENT PATIENTS needing care may call or email the clinic.  All appointments are now in-person. We still require masks inside the clinic and temperature pre-checks at the door. As a safety precaution, only patients with appointments are allowed inside the clinic. We strongly encourage all COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters. Questions or concerns? Please call us. You may schedule appointments by email or phone.

What to Bring

Please bring all your medication bottles (empty or full) and list of home blood pressure and blood sugar results if appropriate to each visit.
