Are you uninsured, underinsured or economically disadvantaged? OAHC can treat most general illnesses or help you manage your chronic health issues. We treat both adults and children. We are open

Tuesday 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

 

Our licensed doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses and counselors* offer quality, compassionate, free care and health education to help you understand your personal health. A social worker is frequently on hand to help you discover other community resources available to help in your treatment.

You may schedule appointments by email or phone or by walking in.

When to Arrive

To be first on the waiting list, walk-ins should arrive at least 2 hours before the clinic opens.

Please visit another healthcare provider, emergency room or hospital for:

  • Broken bones

  • Possible heart attack

  • Emergency issues

  • Diagnosis/Treatment of Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs)

  • Prenatal care

  • Immunizations

  • Pain medication

  Services Not Offered

What to Bring

Please bring all your medication bottles (empty or full) to each visit.
