Are you uninsured, underinsured or economically disadvantaged? OAHC can treat most general illnesses or help you manage your chronic health issues, counseling needs and social service referrals. We treat both adults and children. You may reach us  through email or by leaving a voicemail at any time.

Patient Appointment Times are:

TUES. 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm • FRI. 8:30 am - 12:00 pm

We are now accepting a limited number of NEW PATIENTS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We triage those on the waiting list who need care. Call or email us to register for the waiting list.

Our licensed doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses and counselors offer quality, compassionate, free care and health education to help you understand your personal health. A social worker intern is frequently on hand to help you discover other community resources available to help in your treatment.

What to Bring

Please bring all your medication bottles (empty or full) and list of home blood pressure and blood sugar results if appropriate to each visit.

Reminder to Patients

We do not prescribe or stock pain medication.
