OVERVIEW OF DUTIES

See how you will assist our team

ADMIN

• Check patients in and out at the front desk 

• Enter patient data in the medical record

• Provide general customer service to patients

PROVIDERS

• Provide care through in-person and virtual patient encounters

INTERPRETERS

• Assist patient in filling out forms

• Communicate patient needs to medical professionals

• Translate provider instructions to patients
 

NURSES

• Collects vital signs (height, weight, etc.)

• Escort patient to exam room

• Enter patient's chief complaint, past medical history, social history and current medications into EHR

• Assist providers as needed
